24-Hour Emergency Delivery Service: Special emergency assistance is available to our patients through a 24-hour telephone answering service.

Bilingual Services: We proudly offer our products and services to the Hispanic community with our bilingual and multicultural staff. We speak Spanish! Se Habla Espanol!

Reimbursement Assistance: Medicare, and other third party payers are pre-qualified for direct payment.

Discharge Assistance: We work directly with physicians and hospital discharge planners to insure smooth transitions from hospital care to home care.

Delivery, Setup and Training: Our delivery technicians and trained staff of home health care professionals insures that each patient is fully trained on the operation, safety and care of equipment. Instruction is carried out in the convenience and comfort of the patient's home.

Patient Assessment: A trained staff member meets with and assesses the needs of the patient with respect to the services provided. Patients, as well as equipment, are continually monitored to insure care that is timely and up-to-date.
Consultations: Staff professionals meet, as required, with referral personnel or with the patient to solve any matter involving home care equipment, equipment fitting and related services.

Repair and Maintenance Service: We provide repair and maintenance service on rented or owned equipment. We also carry a large inventory of spare parts for your equipment needs.

Medical Equipment Recycling Service: We provides recycling of your used medical equipment in full compliance with local and national regulations - and for all our environmental benefit.

Sharps and Medical Waste Disposal Service: We also provide a worry free medical disposal service including collection, transportation and disposal of regulated medical waste.
